Returns

Once delivered, we offer a 24-hour return window on every piece, no questions asked. The watch must be returned in the same condition it was shipped, with all included accessories.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Email us within 24 hours of delivery to start a return.
2. We send a prepaid, insured return label.
3. Upon receipt and inspection, we refund the purchase price less all insured shipping fees (to and from the customer) to the original payment method within 2 business days.

FINAL SALE ITEMS are clearly marked at listing time and not eligible for return.
