The Carrera has been TAG Heuer's signature racing chronograph since Jack Heuer introduced it in 1963. This reference pairs the line's motorsport roots with the brand's most serious in-house movement. The Calibre Heuer 02 uses a column wheel and vertical clutch for a crisp, precise chronograph action, and its 80-hour power reserve will carry the watch through a full weekend off the wrist. The silver dial and black counters give it a sharp, legible reverse-panda look, and the black ceramic tachymeter bezel adds a modern, scratch-resistant touch. The brown alligator strap gives it a warm, dressier feel. For a sportier, everyday look, a genuine TAG Heuer stainless steel bracelet can be added for $200, giving you two looks in one watch. Turn it over and the sapphire caseback shows off the movement, with Côtes de Genève striping on the bridges and a skeletonized rotor. This example is in excellent pre-owned condition and comes with box and papers, a strong value in modern Swiss chronographs.
